CBTM was incorporated in 1999, in compliance with the applicable Corporate Laws of the Republic of Indonesia. It holds the official license No. KEP.319/MEN/DN-LN/BP/1999 (later amended to KEP.153/MEN/LN/BP/2000) from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia also been approved and recognized by US Government,through it's embassy in Jakarta,Indonesia,as a reputation Manning Agent that can submit C1/D visa application to US Embassy on behalves of Indonesian Seafarers registered through our company.Started its business in the supply of on-shore workers to neighboring countries, CBTM realize the vast and promising future business prospect in the supply of highly qualified Indonesian seamen and off-shore workers to the international employment market

Since its inception, CBTM's vision has been in the development and creation of a first-rate human resource placement firm, achieved through consistent placing of well-trained and qualified professionals and skilled workers that are in line with the employment requirements of hiring principals worldwide. As part of CBTM's commitment to its very vision, the company has embarked upon developing a more holistic human resource development approach by combining recruitment, training and placement activities all under one roof.
Why CBTM
In relations to the Maritime industry, CBTM is to date the only manpower supply company in Indonesia offering such integrated and cohesive human resource development programs directed towards preparing Indonesian seamen to fill in several positions offered by foreign vessels' operators in DECK, ENGINE, MAINTENANCE, HOUSEKEEPING, CATERING (Food Beverage Production & Food Beverage Service) DIVISIONS and to a large extent for FLOATING HOTEL PERSONNEL aboard cruise ships throughout the world.
In addition to supply the world with pools of high-qualified seamen, CBTM also recruits, trains and places other skilled personnel for various other professional positions both for the domestic and international employment markets.
Training Center
Running its own office, CBTM works in a close partnership with its sister company, FOCUS MARITIME TRAINING CENTER. Established in 2000, FOCUS is fully equipped with its own training and education programs and facilities, as well as high-qualified instructors who have excellent achievement in their own fields. FOCUS is responsible for training our candidates in order to meet the ship-owners requirements. This partnership is done as our full committed in providing a high-qualified Indonesian personnel for our clients.
